Product design at Intercom
I'm leading designs for Intercom's core product Inbox. Most recently I worked on building industry defining tools for conversational support. I've also designed Apps in Inbox, redesigned the Search experience, designed SLAs for the Premium tier, and worked on projects across the Intercom Messenger, Onboarding, and Reporting.
